FXA Sports
FXA is the largest adult sports league in NoVA with thousands of players in various men’s, women’s and co-ed leagues for basketball, bowling, dodgeball, flag football, volleyball, soccer, and more. All leagues include playoffs for the top teams with prizes such as championship T-shirts, and more.
Loudoun County Parks & Recreation
Loudoun County Parks and Recreation has a variety of spring programs for adults available including softball, soccer, pickleball, and even cricket.
Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles
The Sportplex at Dulles offers adult leagues for soccer, inline hockey, futsal, pickleball, and cornhole. With leagues ranging from coed or single-sex teams to age-based, there is something for nearly everyone.
DC Fray
If you’re looking for more choices beyond the usual sports league offerings, check out DC Fray. With leagues for kickball, cornhole, ultimate frisbee, and more, you’re bound to find something that tickles your fancy.
Zog Sports
Zog Sports has adult leagues open for June. Current sports on the calendar include five-on-five indoor men’s basketball, seven-on-seven outdoor soccer, and 11-on-11 co-ed outdoor soccer. Not only does Zog Sports provide adult leagues, but they also offer corporate league and event options.
Arlington Open Pickleball Tournament
The Arlington Open Pickleball Tournament hosts matches broken up by skill level (intermediate, intermediate/advanced, and advanced). The next tournament will be Saturday, June 21, from 8:30 am to 4:30 p.m. at the Thomas Jefferson Community Center. Matches are held indoors and cost $50 per team.
