Harpers Ferry Brewing

Now you can enjoy the views of Harpers Ferry Brewing during the winter. New this year is the brewery’s pop-up ice rink. During the day, you can take in the icy scenery as you overlook the Potomac River. Harris Pavilion

Each winter the Harris Pavillion makes its transition into a picturesque ice rink. Located in the heart of the City of Manassas, the rink is surrounded by light-covered trees that add a bit of holiday enchantment during your visit. Ice & Lights

Skate among the twinkling lights at The Winter Village at Cameron Run. Located in Alexandria, this winter pop-up brings joy year after year. National Building Museum

Trade in icy views for views of marvelous architecture when you skate at the National Building Museum’s indoor pop-up rink. The Winter Skate Spectacular also features special theme nights and access to the rest of the museum. National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden

Museums and ice rinks are an underrated pair. The rink at the National Gallery of Art, which is open through March 1, transforms the sculpture garden into a winter wonderland. Skating is available throughout the day — and at night, the garden lights up with string lights that bring a little extra magic to the ice. The Wharf

You’ll feel like you’re skating right on the river when you visit The Wharf Ice Rink. Enjoy waterfront views as you skate out the Washington Capitals-themed rink.
