Onelife Fitness
This fitness brand has new locations on the way in Ashburn and the Mosaic District. In Ashburn, the 55,000-square-foot facility will have an indoor saltwater pool, strength and cardio equipment, a boxing studio, and a cycling studio. In Mosaic, Onelife will take over 53,000 square feet in the former Custom Ink space. It’s set to open in late 2026. This location will have a strength training area, an athletic turf area, outdoor workout spaces, and studio space for barre, yoga, and Pilates. 2910 District Ave., Fairfax
The Megaformer Studio
This upcoming gym in Clarendon will offer the Lagree fitness method, a “patented high-intensity, low-impact workout that tightens, tones, and deeply activates slow-twitch muscle fibers.” This will be the first Megaformer location and the first Lagree gym in Virginia. Planet Fitness
A new Planet Fitness is now open in Herndon in the space of the former Kohl’s department store. The budget-friendly fitness center shares an address with German grocer Lidl, which now occupies the majority of the building. This Planet Fitness features strength and cardio equipment, instructor-led fitness classes, and a spa for PF Black Card members. 2120 Centreville Rd., Herndon

Vienna’s new 24-hour gym opened its doors on October 30. This is the third location of the brand, all in Virginia. The gym offers a variety of primarily American-made equipment, personal training sessions, and fitness classes like a “Cardio Heart Sesh” and “Core Attack.” 136A Maple Ave., Vienna
