Hotel Burg opens August 1 in downtown Leesburg. The upscale boutique inn promises refined hospitality rooted in the region’s rich history and charm.
“We’ve taken great care to design a destination that honors the town’s rich history while introducing a fresh sense of elegance, connection, and community,” says owner Kevin Ash.
The inn features 39 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms. They include eight luxurious suites and showcase a meticulous blend of countryside charm and refined sophistication. Rooms are decorated with antique details, regional artwork, and elevated comforts, creating a welcoming retreat for discerning travelers.
“Whether you’re joining us for a weekend escape, a special celebration, or simply a glass of wine with friends, we hope Hotel Burg becomes a cherished gathering place for locals and visitors alike,” Ash says.
Inventive Dining Options
Culinary experiences take center stage at the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Huntōn. The kitchen is headed by Virginia native Chef Vincent Badiee. The Michelin–starred chef, formerly of Gravitas in Washington, D.C., showcases open-fire cooking and ingredient-driven cuisine. Dishes include game meats, foraged herbs, and locally sourced produce.
Both guests and locals can enjoy curated cocktails in The Diana Lounge. And those staying at the hotel receive exclusive access to the rooftop bar, offering panoramic views and a refined atmosphere.
An extension of the hotel, The Manor 1858 is a 22-acre event venue anchored by a historic stone barn. Property owners hope it will host weddings, galas, and private events.
The hotel even has a private members-only club called The Chase. It offers a speakeasy, flexible workspaces, fitness amenities, priority dining access and curated equestrian and wine programming.
“Opening Hotel Burg in the heart of Leesburg is about more than just launching a hotel,” Ash says. “It’s about creating a place where the soul of Loudoun County comes to life in a new way.”
