A host of new gyms and fitness studios have recently opened or are coming soon to Northern Virginia. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-coming-soon-nbsp\">Coming Soon&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-onelife-fitness\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.onelifefitness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Onelife Fitness<\/a>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This fitness brand has new locations on the way in Ashburn and the Mosaic District. In Ashburn, the 55,000-square-foot facility will have an indoor saltwater pool, strength and cardio equipment, a boxing studio, and a cycling studio. The gym is scheduled to open in spring 2026, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newswire.com\/news\/onelife-fitness-announces-10-million-investment-in-ashburn-virginia-22574220\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a news release<\/a>. <em>20020 Ashbrook Commons Plz., Ste. 145, Ashburn<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newswire.com\/news\/onelife-fitness-to-open-10-million-health-club-in-mosaic-district-22669946\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In Mosaic<\/a>, Onelife will take over 53,000 square feet in the former Custom Ink space. It&#8217;s set to open in late 2026. This location will have a strength training area, an athletic turf area, outdoor workout spaces, and studio space for barre, yoga, and Pilates. <em>2910 District Ave., Fairfax<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-megaformer-studio-nbsp\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.megaformer.com\/locations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Megaformer Studio<\/a>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This upcoming gym in Clarendon will offer the Lagree fitness method, a \u201cpatented high-intensity, low-impact workout that tightens, tones, and deeply activates slow-twitch muscle fibers.\u201d This will be the first Megaformer location and the first Lagree gym in Virginia. The Megaformer website indicates a November 2025 opening, and there are opportunities for pre-opening memberships. <em>1016 N. Garfield St., Ste. 104, Arlington\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-now-open-nbsp\">Now Open&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-planet-fitness-nbsp\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planetfitness.com\/gyms\/herndon-va\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Planet Fitness<\/a>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A new Planet Fitness is now open in Herndon in the space of the former Kohl\u2019s department store. The budget-friendly fitness center shares an address with German grocer Lidl, which now occupies the majority of the building. This Planet Fitness features strength and cardio equipment, instructor-led fitness classes, and a spa for PF Black Card members. <em>2120 Centreville Rd., Herndon<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pump24\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pump24fitness.com\/vienna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PUMP24<\/a>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vienna\u2019s new 24-hour gym opened its doors on October 30. This is the third location of the brand, all in Virginia.
