That\u2019s me. After 20 years in this business, I now understand why I stay in this business: I love
\nseeing people shift from self-doubt to empowerment. When I see that I\u2019ve helped people
\nachieve a goal they didn\u2019t think they could, I am incredibly happy, humbled, and motivated
