There’s no better way to spend your weekend mornings than browsing local vendor booths with a cup of coffee in hand. This summer, the Lucketts Open-Air Market is joining the local market scene with its grand opening on Saturday, June 14.
The new market will be at the Lucketts Community Center on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through December 6.
The Lucketts Open-Air Market boasts that shoppers will be able to enjoy four markets in one, combining the best parts of a farmers market, vintage and craft bazaar, small business showcase, and food festival.
“The market celebrates local makers and growers, featuring everything from farm-fresh goods and artisan crafts to vintage finds and handmade treasures,” the market said on its Facebook page.
The grand opening will also feature the Dad’s Craft & Gift Show for shoppers looking for last-minute gifts for Father’s Day.
The dog-friendly market and parking at the community center are free. Vendors for the grand opening are yet to be announced. Each week, organizers will confirm the market layouts and vendors by 3 p.m. on the Friday before the event. 42361 Lucketts Rd., Leesburg
