Holiday baking season is almost here, and you’ll want to stock up on your baking essentials at King Arthur Baking Company’s Fairfax location before it’s too late. The pop-up is officially closing in 2026.

After opening its doors at Fairfax Corner in September 2024, the pop-up location will serve its last customer on January 15, 2026. The store was originally slated to close in July 2025.

Bakers who find themselves in Maryland can also stock up. King Arthur opened a pop-up location in Bethesda, Maryland, that’s scheduled to close on January 4, 2026.

The King Arthur Baking Company was originally founded in 1790, providing flour to bakers across the original 13 states. Now, the company is also known for supplying essential ingredients, appliances, pans, and classes to home and professional bakers.

The Fairfax storefront is open Monday from Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The store will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. 11948 Grand Commons Ave., Fairfax
